RULES OF CONDUCT AND CONDITIONS

The subscriber will accept and be obliged to comply with the conditions relating to affiliation and the rules of conduct for ALMENARA GOLF S.L. (hereinafter, the “facilities” or the “company”). The objective of these conditions and rules is to guarantee the well-being and enjoyment of all users.

 

MEMBERSHIP – Membership applications will be accepted at the discretion of the facility management (hereinafter referred to as Management). In the event that an application is rejected, it is not necessary to indicate the reason. Applicants must be over 18 years old, for junior season tickets, these must be requested by the parents or legal guardians of the minors. The applicant will become a subscriber of the facilities by completing and signing the application for affiliation and these regulations, and paying the corresponding fee. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable by members for any reason. The operation and management of the facilities are at the discretion of Management and are not subject to the approval of subscribers.

Eligibility is based on and limited to each type of membership listed in the fee structure. Subscribers have the right to use and enjoy the facilities in accordance with their rules and regulations, which will be binding on subscribers as part of these conditions and rules, which the subscriber also declares to know, receives and subscribes to hereby. The subscriber agrees to pay for and sign all services used and additional purchases and, in any case, before leaving the premises.

 

FACILITIES – The facilities at  The Alto Club are limited and include: Caddy Master, Pro-Shop, men’s and women’s changing rooms, Putting Green, golf course (Los Pinos and Los Lagos course and Par 3) and access to the academy. The availability of such facilities and the use thereof are subject to the rules and regulations set forth herein, which may be modified by Management.  Reservations must be made between 3 and 5 days depending on the season ticket chosen. . Subscribers are requested to notify the club at least 72 hours before their booking, in case of cancellation or modification, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee will apply. The discounts offered within the season ticket will be personal and non-transferable and always subject to availability. They cannot be enjoyed once the season ticket has ended.

 

1)OPERATING HOURS – The facility will be open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The use of these facilities by the subscriber is not permitted outside these hours. Opening and closing times are subject to change without notice, although management will endeavour to provide advance notice. The Management may vary at any time and for any period of time the opening hours in accordance with the general operations of ALMENARA GOLF, SL, or for repairs, changes, maintenance or holidays. The subscriber fee will not be refunded for any variation in the available facilities or in the hours of use.

 

2)ACCESS TO THE CLUB – The course can only be accessed by previously checking in  at the Proshop and when instructed to do so  by Caddy Master.We recommend that minors  are accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult within the hours established by the Management. The minor who is not accompanied by an adult, in the event of an incident, accident and/or similar, the responsibility will fall on the father, mother or legal guardians. Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not allowed to use any of the above facilities. The Club reserves the right of admission. Dogs are allowed on the course as long as they are tied to the buggy and with prior notice to the staff of ALMENARA GOLF, SL.

 

3)DRESS CODE – Persons using the facilities must dress appropriately to golf etiquette. Footwear with spikes is prohibited. Failure to comply with the dress code properly may result in denial of admission or requests to leave facilities.

 

AMENITIES – The club will provide users with water, tees and fruit subject to availability. The towels offered are available for use only in the changing rooms and cannot be removed from the premises.

 

LOCKERS -The Management reserves the right to charge the member for damages or imperfections that may occur due to misuse of the locker or the lock of the same . ALMENARA GOLF, SL will not be responsible for personal belongings and/or clothes that have been left, lost or may have been lost.damaged during the use of the lockers and/or the facilities. Clothing, shoes and other personal belongings should not be left in the changing room area, except in the lockers. Personal items left overnight will be removed and disposed of following the company’s “Lost and Found” policy

 

CLUB ROOM AND GARAGE – The Club Club Room  is a service available to  season ticket holders, but access to it will be restrictedor only to club staff to prevail security and custody of material. It is strictly forbidden to enter the offices of Caddy Master without the presence of the Company’s staff and in any case it will be totally forbidden for anyone other than the staff to enter the indoor garage.

 

STAFF INSTRUCTIONS – In addition to observing the rules of the facilities, the users of the same and the equipment must comply with the instructions given by the Reception and Caddy Master team of ALMENARA GOLF, SL, who are supervising the Facilities. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with these rules and with the instructions given. If any guest fails to comply with these rules, the responsibility, including financial responsibility, will fall on the subscriber.

 

EQUIPMENT RENTAL – The buggies and club sets provided within the Club included in the subscription will be subject to availability and the use of the same will be subject to the rules and regulations set forth herein, which may be modified by the Company’s Management. The use of buggies is completely forbidden to minors under 18 years of age and outside the delimited route. Buggies that go beyond the limitations established by the Company Management  will be automatically blocked and have to be unlocked by the Caddy Master. The sets of clubs that are rented by subscribers or guests must be returned in the same condition as they were received, otherwise, the damages or losses that occur must be financially compensated.

 

VARIATION – The rules set forth herein may be revoked, modified or new ones may be added by the Company’s Management, at its absolute discretion. Although Management will endeavour to give prior written notice of any proposed revocation, modification or addition, subscribers should note that they will generally come into force at the time of notification. Management reserves the right to reject an application for membership or to terminate it without refund if the member does not comply with the rules, and to deny entry to anyone entering the premises, within the limits of the right of admission. Management reserves the right to assign and/or transfer to any person or entity all or part of its rights, benefits and obligations included in this agreement.
